It was fairly simple and wasn’t too time consuming. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant though so we used a lactose free ricotta cheese, Daiya italian blend, and Violife mozzarella. While these dairy free cheeses taste like dirt out of the bag, they taste great melted! Definitely on par or better than any frozen lasagna I’ve had :)
