Good call on using thighs instead of breasts. I cubed the chicken into bite sized pieces so doubled the herbs & spice ingredients to a accommodate the smaller and more numerous pieces. For my family, they voted unanimously the flavor was mediocre and while over all good, would not recommend making it again. Not bad at all, just not very memorable. Thanks for the recipe.

But this really was so good! My chicken and rice were perfection at the end and the onions added flavor. I used garlic salt for added flavor rather than powder. Will definitely make it again!

Unfortunately, the chicken and rice were a bit bland as the end result. I needed to add more salt and probably season the stock a bit more. I might try this one more time to see if I can get the dish to be better seasoned.
