This soup is so good and easy to make. I’m not a big fan of heat so I subbed a can of petite diced tomatoes for one of the tomato w/chiles and it turned out fantastic! I am definitely adding this to my soup list!

This is hands down one of my favorite recipes ever. I always keep the ingredients to this on hand, because I live alone I know I can make this meal last a few days and it’s just so good. Even better if you have some corn muffins to go with it or another bread! But this Taco Soup recipe is cheap, easy, and you can vary the protein. It’s a hardy dish, and if you can swing the extras on top def go for it. I love Taco Soup!!

Made this tonight. Used leftover cooked burger, black beans that I’d prepped in Instant Pot another time, doubled the frozen corn, used some leftover tomato sauce instead of tomato paste and omitted the pinto beans since I had extra black beans and corn. My mother in law absolutely loved it as did we. Topped it with squeeze of lime, salsa verde, sour cream and cheese. Served it over tortilla chips with cornbread on the side. Filling on a winter evening. Thanks for the great recipe!

I made this this evening and it was delicious and very easy! I used sausage instead because it was cheaper for the quantities my store had available, and I thought it worked well. Definitely one I could see making again.

Made this last night! I added tomato paste & seasonings directly after browning the meat to “bloom” or darken the taste a bit and it turned out great, but otherwise, no modifications to the recipe. For people that don’t love spicy food, maybe use less taco seasoning, but I thought the spice level was tolerable!

Delicious!! So simple and quick! Everyone loved it and there wasn’t went a drop left. I went from cooking for myself and my husband the past 25 years. We have recently added 3 more adults to our household and I have been struggling trying to figure out how to feed 5 adults. This will definitely be added to our rotation!
